We try to ship every in-stock order with in 48 Business hours, the exception to this would be if you ordered an out of stock item, which you will be notified in advanced about and Books & Some Swords, it may take up to a week to ship.

Please Remember, Holiday Ship times may take up to a week to get ship, depending on order volume.

We Offer shipping through USPS, UPS & Fedex, but we try to ship whichever way is the fasted for you to get your order. We Reserve the right to use a different method then you select if it will expedite your order, an example would be if you chose Fedex or UPS and they operate on a business day basis, we may chose to change to USPS for an order to go out on a Friday or Saturday to ensure it will arrive to you as soon as possible.

As always, if you live in the Tooele Valley or Salt Lake Valley, arrangements can be made for store pick-up or delivery by drop off.

If you have an item to return, please contact us for a return authorization number, all returns must be called in within 1 week of receipt of your order or you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
